Nestled in the heart of Muncie, Indiana, the Delaware County Fairgrounds has been a cherished landmark in the community for over 160 years. Since its inception during the Civil War era, the fairgrounds have transitioned from the original location in the Old East End of Muncie to the vibrant site on Wheeling Avenue, where it now thrives.

In the early days, the fairgrounds buzzed with local farmers showcasing their prized livestock and offering fresh produce, establishing a rich tradition that blossomed into the beloved Delaware County Fair we know today.
